Photos at Last

Let's start in Milan. This is a view from the roof of the grand cathedral. According to some of the Italians I know, they refer to Milan as the ugly city with pretty things. Kinda like LA, I guess.
This took several hundred years to build. Good thing it was worth it.

Next we have photos from the street/city party the happened in Pavia over the first weekend I was here.


This is a view of the covered bridge into my city on a nice day.

Here are some photos of the weekend I spent in Switzerland with Ali. This is the first thing we did upon arriving. The weather was great, and there was some sort of ecological festival going on.

This is what happens when you have a really fancy camera, no idea how to use it.

Next we go to Montreux. This is the evening view from the street by our hotel.

That night, the train station was pretty much the livliest thing in town.

The next day it was rainy, gloomy and foggy.


Now fast forward a few days when Ali came to Pavia. We do this a lot. It's really the only way to live in Italy.
